Q:	How can these glass tiles be applied?
A:	There are many applications for Glass Tile. These colorful glass tiles can be found on shower walls, tub surrounds, vanity tops, kitchen backsplashed, fireplace surrounds, waterfall backsplashes, swimming pools, and more. Glass tiles can also be used to decorate commercial spaces such as room dividers, railings, moldings, doors, and architectural details at restaurants, hotels, shopping centers, spas, casinos and more.
Q:	Are glass tiles as strong and durable as ceramic tiles?
A:	If dropped, like ceramic, they may break. However, once glass tiles are installed they are just as strong and durable as ceramic tiles. They are also impervious to water, acids and other chemicals.
Q:	Which kind of thin set and grout should I use with glass tiles?
A:	We recommend using a modified thin set with a latex additive as well as an unsanded grout of your color choice.
Q:	How close are the colors on the computer to the actual tiles?
A:	Due to varying screen types and resolutions the colors may vary slightly. However, we do our best to match colors. We offer free samples for you to look at so that you can get the true color of the tile.
Q:	How are these tiles installed?
A:	Please see our installation guide for detailed information.
Q:	Can I specify the size of sample I would like sent?
A:	Samples are sent for color verification and quality purposes only. To keep samples at no cost to you we have a limited inventory of sizes.
Q:	Can I purchase tiles by the sq. ft. or just by the box?
A:	All items that are marked "sold per box" are sold per box. We will however in some cases, split a box for a nominal charge of $10 per broken box. Currently Vibrant, Vitreous, custom Mosaic Blends, metal and glass tile blends and stainless steel tiles are the only products sold per sheet (per sq. ft.)
Q:	How soon will I get my product?
A:	We typically ship with in 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Products are shipped via UPS ground from either our Florida or New Jersey warehouse. You have the option to upgrade your shipping method at time of checkout.
Q:	What if I have a RUSH order?
A:	Please contact us 1-800-497-6827 for Rush orders and availability. Rush fees may apply.
Q:	Can I return my tile?
A:	Please inspect your tile as soon as you get it for defects or any problems. After 30 we can not take tiles back. We accept returns with in 15 days of receipt of tile provided they are in resellable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. You are responsible for the return shipping of the tiles.
Q:	My samples have ridges and bubbles on it, it doesn't look smooth like the picture are my tiles going to be bubbled when I get them?
A:	The tiles you received are paper faced. Please soak them in water for a couple of minutes then pull off the paper. This is the front of the tile.
