We offer FREE samples on the majority of our tiles, however we ask for a nominal fee to cover the cost of shipping. For the standard glass you may choose up to 6 samples per $2.50 charge please click on the glass tile sample below to purchase. Our larger tiles and Hand Crafted tiles have additional fees. Q: How do I use your sample program?
A: First go through the website and write down which tiles you are interested in seeing. Remember the Textured Antique, Fired Copper, Hand Crafted and Free Form Recycled Glass Tiles are to be purchased separately. Next, Click on the Glass Tile Sample Item on the Sample Page. Then, enter in the item numbers/names for the tiles you would like to see. (up to 6 samples per $2.50 charge). Lastly click add to cart. If you would like an additional set of tiles please repeat the process of adding the 6 tiles and adding to cart. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have 1-800-497-6827.
Q: Why are the 4 x 4 tiles additional $3.00?
A: The larger 4 x 4 tiles are additional because the are heavier in weight and since they are larger they require extra care in packaging and more postage.
Q: Can I request specific sizes?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate tile size requests, however the sample you receive will be representative of the color, quality, and finish. For example, if you are interested in the 6 x 6 Dimensions glass tile we will send you the 1 x 1 tile for your review. A: We send you a 8mm or 4mm stainless steel chip for you to see the quality and color of the metal. The pictures on the website are representative of the patterns of 4mm and 8mm metal.

A: We send you a tile chip of the color of stone you are requesting. The pictures on the website are representative of the stone patterns that are available.
Q: How will I receive my tile sample?
A: We ship your sample through the United States Postal Service.

A: We ship samples within 1-2 business days of receiving your request. Transit time is defendant on the US Postal Service.
